Are you a female leader, executive, or business owner who is looking for coaching, an advisory board, accountability, and support in your career journey? Our EmpowHERed Mastermind groups are a curated a group of smart, successful women who motivate, advise, and inspire one another.

Mastermind Options

Sign up by Monday, January 30, 2023 at 5 p.m. to begin in February

GOLD

  • Monthly Mastermind

  • Admission to all five in person EmpowHERed events in Bethesda, MD

  • Cost: $250 per month, $1,500 for six months, and $2,500 for an 11-month commitment (one month free)

PLATINUM

  • Monthly Mastermind

  • Admission to all five in person EmpowHERed events in Bethesda, MD

  • Monthly 45-min private coaching session

  • Cost: $450 per month, $2,700 for six months, and $4,500 for a year commitment (one month free)

  • Six to eight women per mastermind circle

  • One 2-hour meeting each month (virtual or in person, depending on location)

    • 90 minutes: 10 minute hot seats where each person talks about their current career challenges, poses questions with the group, brainstorms about their business/career journey, sets goals to accomplish before the next meeting; and

    • 30 minutes: Coaching and/or working session on different topic each month.

  • Group is emailed the goals that they commit to before one week in advance of each meeting

  • Group checks in throughout the month, and responds/communicates to questions/comments between members and facilitators

Mastermind Details

Benefits of Mastermind

  • Sounding Board/Advisory Board: Receive feedback, ideas, brainstorm with like-minded women leaders;

  • Coaching from Anjali and Susan: On issues specific to your business and/or career and on topics to focus on and to advance your career;  

  • Accountability: Set goals and commitments and have motivation from the group to achieve between meetings; 

  • Support System: Fellow women leaders who can cheer you on, help you through disappointments, and support you through the often-lonely career journey;

  • Collaboration Opportunities with Fellow Women Leaders: Network and collaborate with a group of like-minded, hardworking female leaders and business owners.

Commitment

  • Six Months: We ask that you commit for at least six months so that everyone is invested and can truly get to know one another. If you sign up for 11 months, you get one month free.  

  • Collaboration Between Meetings: Please only consider if you commit to answering fellow group members questions and/or comments throughout the month.
